maybe offer them perks in the form of hamster-snaps and mouse-wiches, along with breaks every few hours for catnip coolers.
And I hear blue-bird frosties are popular with many feline sects...

So what are your training secrets? My Sadie thinks helping around the house involves nothing more than draping herself langurously over whatever will benefit least from residues of cat fur. I've shown her where the Hoover's kept, but the lazy little blighter won't have any of it.

Think I'll tell her if she doesn't lift her game I'll FedEx her over to yours for a taste of brat cat camp.

Alfie always has himself in a fix - but, you know those Royals...

Oh Baby Lafette, you are a sweetie - please wash mine? No, I'm sorry - looks like you've done enough...cough.

I'd be careful about calling Venus anything but what she wants. Looks like she's in cahoots with the big D...

Bless you Binx. I use some sort of ammonia to keep my tub shiny and up to snuff. Looking for a more ecologically friendly cleaner...
My Tigger - god rest her soul - washed the tub with her tail.

Has nippa met wistle?

Stevie!, I hope they don't read your comment as it will give them ideas, specially Alfie as he's in rehab at the mo..weaning him off his murderous ways..
Margie just threaten her with a shaved backside..they hate the humiliation of that...works everytime..
Dale, Alfie is the main instigator in the strikes, he has his own movment..MSP..Moggy Socialists Party..he wears his red beret often..
Venus is a lush, she throws herself at anything..it's embarrassing!..
Nippa is blind so he wouldn't even know if he met the famous Wistle..
Tnu will probs be better at unpacking in the new place..
The day I moved the pets were the last to go..it was like tag wrestling trying to get them in their boxes!!..
Baby lives here all the time now..he loves it when Neil comes..infact he is learning how to meeow in geordie cat speak!..

So, how is our Neilby doing, by the way?
I think of him often.

Now that Baby's there he has a perfect excuse to relocate...

Erm...so he can learn to speak Geordie and talk to his cat, you understand.

Neilypie is fine..i'll be seeing him next weekend..
BTW-it's baby thats learning to meeow in geordie speak..not Neil..

but if Baby meows in Geordie speak, Neil will have to learn the language too...

What an adorable troupe of creatures. I think Nippa will need a doggie-sized forklift for that cup of tea!

Aflie is playing with fire sitting himself inside the washer....but then, didn't he always like playing with fire...?

If you were to make them booties with different materials, they could just run around the clean at the same time! Scritchy ones for those hard to clean areas, soft ones for dusting...
did you do Depp this weekend Gypsy? I am on pins and needles to find out of you like the movie!

Awwwww..... those pictures are adorable - especially the one in the dryer. Me thinks our lives would be pretty empty without our beloved four-legged ones around.

Gypsy, I think your cats are sending alpha-waves. Sadie jumped up on the washing machine today and fell in. Fortunately it was between loads, but I've never seen a cat leap out of anything so fast.

Two hours later, she showed an unusual interest in the dryer, so I lifted her up to have a look. Lots of nice clean warm stuff in there. In she hopped. All was well until the drum moved under her weight, and then ... did you know cats can fly?

I think she's now been traumatised enough to ensure she keeps her distance from domestic machines in future. Wish I could use the same excuse.
