that sounds beautiful!...
kingfishers are beautiful like electric blue strobes when they fly..there are some near here, by the river..but you have to be up very early to see them..

well theres no caves by the river..just woods..i buried a cat there once and had to dig it back up incase the foxes got it..not a nice experience..

Oh poor kingfisher in a vase...
I hope it was a large vase.

Gypsy is right, they're beautiful - like blue lightning when they dive.

So Gypsy got the cat instead of the foxes...for shame.
Robbing the wee things of a good meal!

So where did you put the cat after exhuming it?
In a vase?
On the mantle?

Forgive me Gypsy, I shouldn't make fun.

We planted our dear Murphy on the mountainside and I am sure she has returned to the earth - one way or another.

it was the cat that died of feline aids dale..she used to come every where in the car with me..so i thought she would like to be buried at one of the favorite places we used to go to..on the river bank..but then some one informed me that the foxes would dig her up and eat her..so i hot footed back with me spade and dug her back up and buried her in my garden..it would have looked rather strange mind someone seeing me in tears digging up me dead cat..if it was in a film it would be funny...

George said the same about burying Murphy up the mountain.
There he was with a spade, a blankie with a canine corpse wrapped within, and he in tears.
All the while looking furtively over his shoulder should a hungry cougar come wandering by...

poor george!..i know how he felt not a cougar though..
heres another one..i friend of mines cat got killed and i took her to burie it on the cliff tops by the sea...her brother made it a little coffin..so im carrying this coffin over to the cliffs..and people are giving me strange looks because it looks like a babys coffin..anyhow we bury it and as we are pulling out of the car park i see the police arrive..so i puts me foot down and gets the hell out..to this day im sure they dug it up to check if it was a baby..

You're only as good as the little people behind you...or in your head...or wherever you store them.

Sorry you're in the deep freeze. I had to put closed toes shoes today, so I am slowly sympathising. :)

Even when you think you're not being creative, you're more creative than the average person being creative. However, how fowl of that bird to walk off like that.

Happy New Year!

You are way TOO lenient! Cliff! My god, here is a quote from good ole Cliff...
